Seductive Beauty UK – Return Policy

At Seductive Beauty UK, your safety and hygiene are our priority.

For this reason, we follow a strict and transparent return policy in accordance with UK Consumer Laws.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances:

Swimwear & Bikinis

  • We do not accept returns on bikinis or swimwear.
  • Our bikinis do not include a hygiene protection strip, which means we cannot guarantee they haven’t been tried on.

This policy follows standard UK retail hygiene practices (Primark, Ann Summers, Boohoo, etc.).

 

Sex Shop Items

For health and intimate safety, all sales are final on:

  • Oils, gels, lubricants, stimulants
  • Adult toys (vibrators, plugs, etc.)
  • Any product intended for intimate use

Even “unused” items cannot be accepted back due to hygiene regulations.

 

Returnable Items (Within 14 Days)

Customers have 14 days from receiving the order to request a return for eligible products.

 

Haircare Products 

Accepted only if:

  • Completely sealed
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Includes: shampoo, conditioner, mask, leave-in, curl activator, gelatina.

 

Gym wear & T-Shirts

Eligible for return if:

  • Unworn
  • Clean, with no stains, makeup, or odors
  • All original tags attached
  • In perfect resellable condition

 

How the 14-Day Return Window Works

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After approval, the item must be returned within a reasonable time frame.

Items returned after the deadline may be rejected.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the item
  2. Email you a confirmation
  3. Approve or reject the refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you still need help, contact us
